Our mission is to create an exciting and inspiring garden shop where customers can find goods for gardening as well as knowledgeable help and advice. Garden Trade will sell a wide variety of useful and unusual plants and provide a broad range of gardening supplies. Unique gifts for the garden and accents for the home will be offered along with useful tools, supplies, and antiques. Water gardening plants, equipment and products will add to the diversity of merchandise at the store. We hope that our display of antiques, plants and products will give you plenty of new ideas to try in your garden.

In addition to tried and true bedding plants, Garden Trade will tempt buyers with a variety of perennials, unusual shrubs and unique trees. Seasonally we will offer starts for heirloom vegetables, herbs and cut flowers. Seeds for all of the above will also be available.

The plant selection noted above will be filled out with plants used in water gardens and wetlands. We will also have pond kits, water treatment products, pumps, filters, liner, fish food and other supplies. For interior or exterior use, special fountains and water sculptures will be featured.

Garden Supplies & Gifts |

Gardening supplies can range from organic fertilizers to gloves and quality hand tools. Pottery and planters will be available from terra-cotta to carved stone. Some decorative garden stone and stepping stones will be available by the stone. Mulch, topsoil, potting soil and compost will be available in bags. There will be garden accessories, that can also be gifts, such as bird baths, bird houses, wind chimes, rain gauges and sundials, many hand-crafted or artisan quality. Tourists and gardeners alike will enjoy looking through the botanical inspired linens, framed art, gift cards, and sculptures, many of them produced by local artists. Locals will enjoy taking home Nelson grown, fresh cut flowers. Additionally, information will be available for local inns, restaurants, vineyards and other locations of interest to tourists.
